RETURNS Please contact us, as Trailfox assesses each case individually and will do whatever possible to rectify the problem. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days in the original packaging at your own cost, for a refund less shipping/packing and processing fees. NOTE: Trailfox will not be held liable for shipping expenses occurred returning the product and a 20% restock charge may apply.
WARRANTY: Trailfox Canopy offers a 1 YEAR warranty.
IMPORTANT: WARRANTY CONDITIONS Trailfox warranty is limited to materials or manufacturing defects.
EXCLUSIONS: The manufacturer’s warranty is limited to manufacturing or materials defects. This does not include damage caused by wear and tear, condensation, falling objects, burn holes, extreme weather, damage caused by animals, insects, children, dragging, or improper setup.

The warranty protection listed below covers manufacturing defects in the locks, hinges, gas struts, and structural integrity of the Trailfox Canopy only. Although all Trailfox Canopies are rigorously tested to withstand incredible forces of nature and tough terrain, Trailfox Canopy will only warranty products that are properly installed by Trailfox Canopy or suitably qualified personnel appointed by the customer.
Trailfox will only warrant the safe, sensible and reasonable operation of our canopies within the recommended use and load guidelines.
The following specific time period and limitations apply to the product indicated:
1 Year Warrant applies to;
Aluminium structure. If any Trailfox Canopy applied finish peels, bubbles, flakes or rusts, Trailfox Canopy will either re-finish, repair or replace any paint finish damage at its own discretion if acceptable use is determined.
Covers locks, hinges, glass and gas struts. If any Trailfox Canopy installed components break or malfunction, Trailfox Canopy will either repair or replace any damaged components at its own discretion.
Covers structural integrity of the aluminium structure. If any Trailfox Canopy buckles, bends, warps or collapses whilst being used according to the recommended use and load guidelines, Trailfox Canopy will either repair or replace any damages to the Trailfox Canopy at its own discretion.
The redeemable value of all warranties provided herewith shall be prorated over the life of the specific implied warranty itself. In all cases, the warranty claimant shall be responsible for all shipping and/or freight charges incurred by the claimant or Trailfox Canopy as a result of a warranty claim. Trailfox Canopy may, at its sole discretion, waive any and all associated warranties, service or shipping charges as any specific case may warrant. All warranty claims must be submitted with an original proof of purchase dated from Trailfox and description of damage.
The foregoing warranties may not be assigned and are available only to the original purchaser of Trailfox Canopy products. Trailfox Canopy reserves at its sole discretion the right to repair, replace or redesign any product that is returned as a result of a warranty claim.
